Dear Trevlix users,
we would like to inform you about the temporary adjustment of the scope of individual technical support in the upcoming period of approximately 14 days from Monday 16/02/2026 to Friday 27/02/2026. This restriction has been planned with regard to the period of the lowest off-season traffic load, so that the impact on normal use of the service is minimal.
Due to the planned redirection of internal capacities to ensure stability and continuity of operations, support will be available primarily for urgent and operationally critical matters during this period.
More capacity-demanding operations, such as new activations of Channel manager connections or individual telephone support, will be temporarily suspended.
We are happy to process all requests of this type after the end of the restricted regime, at the earliest available date.
