1. Airbnb - preparation for Channel manager activation
Channel manager will ensure between Trevlix and Airbnb:
- occupancy synchronization
- import bookings from Airbnb
- synchronization of price settings and restrictions for the Airbnb catalog (any surcharge can be set to Trevlix prices)
2. Channel manager price
Before activating the Channel manager, please check the current service price https://www.trevlix.com/en/price-table/ and make sure you agree with it.
Synchronization cannot be turned off and on, e.g. out of season, the integrity of the connection would be violated and it would be necessary to reactivate the Channel manager.
3. If you wish to activate the Channel manager
- If you have not yet created an account for an accommodation facility with Airbnb, create one here: https://www.airbnb.com/host/homes
- Check the accommodation capacity match, i.e. whether you have the correct number of all Airbnb room types in Trevlix as well and whether the maximum number of guests in each room type matches.
- Check that you have activated the Prices module in Trevlix and entered room prices .
- Please send us the info we should set for your initial surcharge to Trevlix prices for the Airbnb.com catalog. A popular surcharge is 15% of the catalog commission, but that's up to you. It can be changed at any time later.
After assigning access to Airbnb, we will also verify the matching of the accommodation capacity settings in Airbnb and Trevlix and then we will inform you about the activation date of Channel manager.
4. Allocation of access to Airbnb for us
We need access to your Airbnb account for the initial preparation of the activation of the Channel manager and the connection of accommodation units.

5. Note: Correct procedure for initial occupancy synchronization
On the initial import from Airbnball future bookings from Airbnb will be imported into Trevlix.
Therefore, you do not need to have a reservation from Airbnb in Trevlix before activating the Channel manager.
(This is the ideal situation. If you already have reservations from Airbnb in Trevlix, you will need to cancel them after activating the Channel manager and instead import reservations from Airbnb, which will already be linked to automatic status changes from Airbnb - we will usually solve this for you immediately after activating the Channel manager.)
All bookings from sources other than Airbnb (e.g. email, telephone orders) please register in Trevlix before activating the Channel manager so that the correct occupancy, including bookings from all other sources, is exported from Trevlix to Booking after activation.
